STARS is currently unavailable. STARS will be available on Monday, July 13 for non-state employees and state employees wishing to register for DES, DEMA or Fire Marshal courses ONLY.

STARS is discontinued for state employees for all other courses. HRIS Employee Training will replace STARS and be available on Wednesday, July 15, 2009.
